This 992-generation 911 celebrates 50 years of exceptional design, uncompromised style, and sporting sophistication offered by the award-winning staff of Porsche Design. Inspired by the iconic designs of Ferdinand Alexander (F.A.) Porsche, the Targa 4 GTS was specially selected to honor this 50-year milestone, with just 750 examples offered worldwide.
Among the many distinctive features in this unique edition, the interior is finished with Sport-Tex equipment and special black leather features with contrasting Slate Grey accents. Eighteen-way electrically adjustable Adaptive Sports Seats Plus with a memory package come as standard, as does the Sport Chrono Package with the Porsche Design Subsecond clock on the dashboard.
The leather-bound GT sports steering wheel has the 12 o’clock marking in Slate Grey. Other special features include a Silver ‘911’ badge assigned with a limited-edition number on the dashboard trim and ‘F.A. Porsche’ signature. In a final tribute, as part of its anniversary, Porsche Design has also offered buyers of the limited-edition car the opportunity to purchase an equally exclusive timepiece to match. The limited-edition number is engraved on the back of the case, forever linking the watch and the sports car as the ultimate partners of timeless design captured with two precision timepieces.
This 50th Anniversary Targa has logged just 504 miles since new and was originally delivered to Porsche Houston. Well-appointed, this car features the Burmester High-End Surround Sound System, LED-Matrix Headlights in Black including PDLS+, Lane Change Assist, and is accompanied by its 'Chronograph 1 – 911 50 Years of Porsche Design Timepiece' (wristwatch), new with the special packaging uniquely optioned with this car.
