Where is the line drawn between a business and a passion? I grew up loving rally cars in the 1980s as a kid (Group B!), and the Escort Cosworth was one of my favorites from the later regulations. Purchasing my personal example 11 years ago, it led to meeting a lot of great people and fellow enthusiasts, and the cover of a certain famous publication....but I digress...

I bought this car from the original USA owner many years ago, and sold it for unexpected reasons in 2017 to a great enthusiast in California who has become a friend. He asked me a couple years later to help find the car a new home, and it went to the midwest to an astute collector where it rubbed shoulders with giants for another year or so.  

Now back here with us over the winter, and only accumulating a handful of miles in the last few years, we have given the car a thorough run through and prep for sale. The AC system has been repaired and charged, new front spoiler painted and fitted, engine oil/filter, and a half dozen minor cosmetic items were tidied up. I did about 200 miles in the car last week sorting the final items, and I am here to report it was a good week.

For all of you Escort Cosworth fans on this mailing list that always say to me - "Let me know when you have an example available that is near original/stock" -- Here is your car. A solid and largely original car, Sun International example, known history from new....come and get it.
