GTS - A Fantastic Letter Combination

2015 Porsche Cayman GTS

This Cayman arrived the other week from a good friend and local client. I admit I was intially excited about the low mileage (4,800!), overall cosmetic condition, and thoughtful ownership. But I had never driven a 981 Cayman GTS, and had mixed thoughts going into it - where does this really fit in the mix, how does it compare against an S or a GT4?

I have no reservations now - this is tied with an early 991 Carrera S as my current "go to" when people ask me what is the most enjoyable/affordable, relatively new, Porsche to consider - go buy a Cayman GTS. The handling is sublime, the PDK transmission here is top of the game, and the fact that all you want to do is find the long way to your destination every time....I'm a huge fan of this car.  Sorry for adding miles to a low mileage example, but you are encouraged to do the same!
