OVERVIEW
Let’s begin with the #1 question on this car – “What is a CRC Corvette?” It is a composite carbon fiber bodied modern Corvette with the look of a vintage Corvette. They are not kit cars. They are manufactured exclusively by CRC in-house at their facility in Lakewood, WA.
The cars take over 900 hours to manufacture, and all of the components come from in-house molds, laid up in carbon fiber. 100% computer designed, the fit and finish is as nice (or nicer) than factory Corvette body parts. When you see one in person and look it over, you cannot deny the engineering and finish – they are world class.
From CRC literature – “The CRC conversion is more than replacing and bolting on a few panels on a stock C5 or C6 Corvette. Every panel on the "donor car" is replaced with a computer engineered, vacuum formed Carbon Balance part. Each individual part is made without seams to prevent printing on the outer surface. The rear section of the car is permanently attached to the frame and all other parts are attached using removable fasteners. The car was designed to use factory stock parts (hinges, wiring, interior appointments). The bumpers and most of the chrome trim are manufactured specifically for CRC, or by CRC, with some of them being chromed carbon fiber.”
Our CRC example here was Build #100 for CRC when it was completed in the summer of 2012. Starting with a 2009 limited edition Indianapolis 500 Corvette showing only 3,000 miles, the car now shows 23,000 miles, and is still indistinguishable from new. It shows in excellent condition.

This car attracts attention like no other car we have ever had in our showroom. To drive this to the gas station, or the park for photography, the response on the road is unreal. Everyone asks you about it, wants to know what year it is, where did you get it, etc. Smiles, thumbs up and honks everywhere you go. It is a lot of fun - vintage looks and modern performance/reliablity!
The car comes with an extended warranty through Feb 2018, with a $0 deductible, that appears to be transferable. Recent service in preparation for sale includes a new factory master cylinder, brake booster, engine oil change, and dual K&N air filter service.
This “retrovette” is offered with a clean and clear title (2009 Corvette), factory owner’s manual, a photo build book from CRC documenting the process, various CRC brochures, and all invoices. Comes with three factory key fobs.
